Law on Interpretation of the Law on Cancellation of Documents and Sale of Competitions, Water and Land Endowments, approved in 1992

Inquiry subject:

With the approval of the single article of the law on annulment of documents and sale of endowments, water and endowment lands – approved in 1371 – the single article of the law of annulment of documents of sale of competitions, water and endowment lands – approved in 1363 – has been canceled regarding special endowments or not?

Parliament Answer:

No; Law on annulment of documents and sale of competitions, water and endowment lands approved on 1/28/1363 regarding special endowments subject to the application of Note (4) of the law on annulment of documents and sale of competitions, water and lands of endowment approved on 11/25/1371 regarding these endowments, It still remains strong.

The above interpretation was approved in a public meeting on Wednesday, August 11, 2013, and was approved by the Guardian Council on 5/25/2012.
